Congratulations on being selected to be a part of one of the inaugural Lake Effect Elite teams to Europe this summer!

In order to start the on-boarding process, all selected players are asked to confirm their acceptance of his / her spot by filling out the form below and submitting a $50 commitment fee*.

Please be sure to choose the age group that your daughter or son will be playing during the 2024 - 2025 season.

Committed players will then receive detailed information regarding the specific tournament that your team will participate in.
